The wallet is a separate origin. Its HTTP JSON API is the headless interface (issue, import, resolve, present, session, submit). QR and deeplinks are human handoffs. Apex MCP at https://protocolsoup.com/mcp is read-only catalog/decode and does not drive the wallet.
